GINSMS ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

GINSMS Inc. has appointed Chee Ming Shum as new interim chief financial officer of the corporation in replacement of Jonathan Lai, who is resigning as both interim chief financial officer and a director of the corporation with immediate effect.

"On behalf of the board of directors and management team, I would like to thank Jonathan for his many contributions during his tenure as interim chief financial officer and director of GINSMS," said Joel Chin, chief executive officer of the company. "We wish him well in his future endeavours."
