GOLDEN HOPE MINES LIMITED ANNOUNCES SHARES FOR DEBT SETTLEMENT

Golden Hope Mines Ltd. has entered into a shares-for-debt settlement agreement with a creditor pursuant to which the company will issue 150,000 common shares in the capital of the company to the creditor in full and final satisfaction of an approximate amount of $78,000 owing to the creditor with respect to services rendered.

The shares to be issued in connection with the transaction shall be subject to a voluntary hold period ending Dec. 31, 2015. The shares-for-debt transaction is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
