GAINEY GRANTS STOCK OPTIONS

Gainey Capital Corp., subject to regulatory approval and pursuant to the company's stock option plan, is offering up a total of 2.4 million incentive stock options to directors, officers, employees and consultants of the company.

The options are exercisable at a price of 45 cents for a period of five years.
