William A. Buckovic, Michael T. Mason and Paul D. Rose have been elected as directors of Geovic Mining Corp. Mr. Buckovic, Mr. Mason and Mr. Rose were elected at the company's annual meeting of stockholders held on June 21, 2013, to serve until the company's 2014 annual meeting of stockholders.
