GLENMARK ANNOUNCES $2,000,000 FINANCING

Glenmark Capital Corp. intends to undertake a non-brokered private placement to raise up to a total of $2-million through the issuance of flow-through common shares of Glenmark at a price of 40 cents per share (up to five million flow-through common shares). Glenmark will use the funds raised to advance its mineral property interests by conducting recommended work programs. Glenmark may pay a finder's fee of 8 per cent.

This offering is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
