The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an option agreement dated Oct. 15, 2014, between the company and Kode Mineral Exploration Ltd. (Reza Mohammed). Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, the company may acquire a 100-per-cent interest in the Key Lake Road property in Northern Saskatchewan. By way of consideration, the company will make staged cash payments totalling $340,000 and will issue 750,000 shares at a deemed price of 24.75 cents per share. The property is subject to a 1-per-cent gross overriding royalty in favour of the optionor, of which one half may be purchased by the company for $1-million.
