The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to a purchase agreement dated June 1, 2017, between 2579113 Ontario Ltd. (the purchaser) and a wholly owned subsidiary (Subco) of Pele Mountain Resources Inc. Pursuant to the agreement, Subco has agreed to sell, transfer, assign and convey all of its interest in the Eco Ridge project to the purchaser.

As consideration, the purchaser shall pay $380,000 to Subco.
