New expiry date of warrants:  Dec. 31, 2013

Exercise price of warrants:  50 cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 13,554,965 shares, with 6,777,482 share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Jan. 10, 2011, as to 10,016,299 shares, Jan. 12, 2011, as to 3,255,000 shares and Jan. 20, 2011, as to 283,666 shares.
