The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to a non-brokered private placement announced Aug. 8, 2019.

Number of flow-through (FT) shares:  5,882,350 flow-through shares

Purchase price:  8.5 cents per flow-through share

Warrants:  2,941,175 share purchase warrants to purchase 2,941,175 shares

Warrant initial exercise price:  20 cents

Warrant term to expiry:  three years

Number of placees:  three placees

Note that in certain circumstances the exchange may later extend the expiry date of the warrants, if they are less than the maximum permitted term.
