GOLDCLIFF TO BEGIN TULAMEEN DRILLING, GRANTS OPTIONS
Goldcliff Resource Corp. will begin site preparation on July 26 at the Whipsaw target area of the
Tulameen/Copper Mountain property located near Princeton, B.C. The company plans to drill up
to 2,000 metres testing several 3-D induced polarization chargeability targets and two showings of copper
mineralization. The drilling is expected to commence in early August subject to local forest closure
conditions.
The program is financed by Badger Minerals Ltd., which is earning a 25-per-cent interest in the project by
spending $250,000.
The company has granted 5.3 million stock options to directors, officers and consultants to
purchase shares at five cents per share for a period of five years expiring July 22, 2019, subject to
regulatory approval.
Edwin R. Rockel, PGeo, qualified person as defined by National Instrument 43-101, supervised the
preparation and verification of the technical information in this release. The qualified persons for
this report are registered professional geoscientists with the Association of Professional Engineers
and Geoscientists of British Columbia.
