FORTUNA ANNOUNCES RETIREMENT OF DIRECTOR

Michael Iverson has retired from the board of directors of Fortuna Silver Mines Inc. Mr. Iverson joined the board of the predecessor company of Fortuna back in 1998.

Jorge A.
