FTI FOODTECH INTERNATIONAL INC. ISSUES OPTIONS TO DIRECTORS AND CONSULTANTS

In an effort to attract and retain quality board members and consultants, FTI Foodtech International Inc. has issued a total of 700,000 options each at 10 cents. There are 500,000 director options issued, each at 10 cents with a three-year expiry of Feb. 4, 2019, and 200,000 consultant options issued, each at 10 cents with a two-year expiry of Feb. 4, 2018.

All previously outstanding director options had expired by the date of this issuance.
