Fiera Capital Corp. shareholder Fiera Capital LP has filed a notice of intention to sell up to 115,846 Fiera Class A subordinate voting shares, according to the Toronto Stock Exchange. As in the July 24, 2014, notice, the partnership plans to sell the shares privately or through the TSX starting on July 31, 2014. The partnership owns 262,082 Class A shares and 20,039,750 unlisted Class B special voting shares of Fiera.
