FAIRFAX ANNOUNCES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND ON SERIES C, SERIES E, SERIES G, SERIES I AND SERIES K PREFERRED SHARES

Fairfax Financial Holdings Ltd. has declared a quarterly dividend of 35.9375 cents per share on its Series C preferred shares, 29.6875 cents per share on its Series E preferred shares, 31.25 cents per share on its Series G preferred shares, 31.25 cents per share on its Series I preferred shares and 31.25 cents per share on its Series K preferred shares. The dividends are payable on Sept. 30, 2014, to shareholders of record on Sept. 16, 2014. The applicable Canadian withholding tax will be applied to dividends payable to non-residents of Canada.
