The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a property purchase agreement dated July 31, 2014, between the company and Anthem Resources Inc., whereby the company has acquired Anthem's 50-per-cent interest in the Karpinka property south of the Key Lake mine, Athabasca basin, Saskatchewan. Consideration is 10,000 common shares. The property is subject to a 1-per-cent net smelter return (NSR) to Anthem with a 0.5-per-cent buyback by the company for $1-million subject to further exchange review and acceptance.
