FIDELITY INVESTMENTS CANADA ULC ANNOUNCES CASH DISTRIBUTIONS FOR FIDELITY DIVIDEND FACTOR ETFS

Fidelity Investments Canada ULC has declared October, 2018, cash distributions for Fidelity's suite of dividend factor exchange-trade funds.

Detailed in the attached table, unitholders of record as of Oct. 29, 2018, will receive a per-unit cash distribution payable on Oct. 31, 2018.
