The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a letter agreement dated March 11, 2016, between Equitorial Exploration Corp. and Mag One Products Inc., whereby the company has agreed to make a total investment of $1.5-million as a condition to form a formal 50/50 joint venture.
