EQUITORIAL ANNOUNCES STOCK OPTION GRANT

Equitorial Exploration Corp. has granted a total of 1.8 million incentive stock options to eligible optionees under the company's incentive stock option plan.

All of the options are exercisable at a price of nine cents per share for a period of five years. The grant of the options is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange and in accordance with the company's stock option plan.
