EQUITORIAL ANNOUNCES AMENDMENT TO CARDIFF JOINT VENTURE AGREEMENT AND
PROVIDES AN UPDATE ON THE CLAYTON #1H WELL
Equitorial Exploration Corp. has executed an amendment to
the joint venture agreement between the company and Cardiff Energy Corp. previously
announced in the company's news release of Sept. 30, 2015. Under the newly executed terms with
Cardiff, the company has agreed to fund 40 per cent of future lease acquisitions, and will have the option to further
fund 40 per cent of the working interest of all future wells that will be on lands acquired in Runnels county, Tex.
The company is also pleased to announce that it has received an update from Cardiff on the Clayton No. 1H well
located in Runnels county, Tex. Cardiff reports that the casing cement of the Clayton No. 1H has cured, and site
and equipment preparations are in their final stages with lateral drilling scheduled to commence Monday, Oct. 12, 2015. Following five to seven days of lateral drilling, Cardiff will test the well and receive the initial flow
rates.
