RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

At the annual general meeting of Expedition Mining Inc. held on July 23, 2014, the shareholders re-elected four directors to the board: Ronald Atlas (also chairman of the board and president), Steven Chan, Corry Silbernagel and James Chapman. Shareholders also reappointed De Visser Gray LLP, chartered accountant, as the company's auditor, and ratified and approved the company's 10-per-cent rolling stock option plan.

The company also announces that an aggregate of 118,000 incentive stock options have been granted to directors, officers and consultants at an exercise price of 5.5 cents per share. The options are exercisable for a period of five years, ending on July 23, 2019, and are subject to the requirements of the TSX Venture Exchange and the company's stock option plan.
