The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to an arm's-length purchase and sale agreement dated March 16, 2016, between Everton Resources Inc. and Diagnos Inc. Pursuant to that agreement, Everton acquired 136 claims in the James Bay, Que., in consideration of 1.7 million common shares, and by paying $25,000 on signing and $25,000 in 90 days following the date of the agreement, as well as, a 2-per-cent royalty on the net return of the smelting revenues. Everton may, at any time, reduce the royalty from 2 per cent to 1 per cent by paying Diagnos $1-million in cash.
