CSE bulletin 2014-1012

Evolving Gold Corp. intends to consolidate its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of one postconsolidated common share for 14 preconsolidation common shares. No fractional shares will be issued.

As a result, the outstanding common shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 13,472,394.

The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis and with a new Cusip number on Friday, Oct. 24, 2014. The name and symbol will not change.

Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business, Thursday, Oct. 23, 2014. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.
