ERIN VENTURES RETAINS INVESTOR RELATIONS FIRM

Erin Ventures Inc. has engaged FronTier Merchant Capital Group to provide investor relations consulting and shareholder communications services. Specifically, FronTier will provide a robust cross-media marketing program that includes comprehensive investor relations and media marketing solutions in order to create greater corporate awareness for Erin. This marketing service allows Erin to choose and combine from a dozen industry-leading media add-on partner services, in combination with FronTier's traditional road show and investor relations services to help create a vigorous custom investor relations/marketing campaign best suited to Erin's year-long marketing needs.

In connection with the engagement, FronTier has been awarded a 12-month consulting contract commencing immediately, at an aggregate cost of $100,000. In addition, FronTier will be granted options to purchase 300,000 shares of Erin at a price of 10 cents per share. The options will be governed by the provisions of Erin's stock option plan.

FronTier and its related companies currently own a total of five million common shares of Erin Ventures.

This agreement is subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
