EUROPEAN URANIUM UPDATES JOINT VENTURE WITH FORTE ENERGY ON SLOVAK URANIUM PROPERTIES

As announced on Aug. 29, 2014, European Uranium Resources Ltd. had executed a definitive agreement that allows Australian Securities Exchange- and Alternative Investment Market-listed Forte Energy NL to earn a 50-per-cent interest in the company's Slovakia uranium projects. The interest will be held through ownership of 50 per cent of European Uranium's currently wholly owned Slovak subsidiaries, Ludovika Energy and Ludovika Mining, which hold the mineral licences making up the Kuriskova and Novoveska Huta uranium projects.

European Uranium has now received the entire amount of cash consideration of $500,000 pursuant to the agreement and to retain its 50-per-cent interest, Forte must sole finance a minimum of $350,000 a year on the Ludovika entities over the next 10 years with the first year's expenditure of $350,000 being an obligation.
