The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the documentation with respect to a brokered private placement announced on Feb. 11, 2014.

Number of shares:  Five million common shares

Purchase price:  $1 per common share

Number of placees:  18 placees

Intermediaries' fees:  GMP Securities LP and Laurentian Bank Securities Inc. collectively received $237,500 in cash.

The company has confirmed the closing of the above-mentioned private placement by way of a news release dated Feb. 27, 2014.
