ENHANCED OIL RESOURCES INC. ANNOUNCES BOARD APPOINTMENT

Enhanced Oil Resources Inc. has appointed Srinivas Polishetty to its board of directors.

Mr. Polishetty brings over 25 years of senior-level executive experience to the company. Mr. Polishetty began his career in 1989 with Oil & Natural Gas Corp. of India (ONGCindia), where he served as deputy director in its global procurements division. Since 1998 Mr. Polishetty has served as managing director of American Orient Capital Partners Group, a private investment company focused on long-term strategic investment opportunities in the Asia-Pacific region. AO Capital has been involved in transactions, which raised in excess of $2.0-billion (U.S.) for Asian companies in the energy sector, as well as for the construction of significant Asian infrastructure projects. Mr. Polishetty serves on the board of ArthaLand Corp., an Asian real estate developer, as well as several other private entities. Mr. Polishetty holds an MTech degree in petroleum and natural gas engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management, with exchange studies at McGill University.
