Mr. Isaac Querub reports

EMED Mining Public Ltd. has been notified that RMB Australia Holdings Ltd. has disposed of 35 million ordinary shares of EMED, effective July 30, 2014, at a price of nine British pence per ordinary share. Following this disposal, RMB has an interest in 30,856,481 ordinary shares, representing approximately 2.5 per cent of the outstanding ordinary shares.
