The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing regarding a membership interest purchase agreement dated June 10, 2015, between DHI Minerals (U.S.) Ltd., which is a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, Solitario Exploration & Royalty Corp. and Waterton Nevada Splitter LLC. Under the agreement, the company has disposed of its 20-per-cent interest in Mt. Hamilton LLC (MHLLC) to Waterton for $6-million (U.S.) cash. MHLLC owns the Mt. Hamilton gold project in Nevada.
