ELECTRA WITHDRAWS CONNELL MOUNTAIN COPPER PROJECT ACQUISITION

Electra Stone Ltd. has cancelled the proposed acquisition of the Connell Mountain copper project (announced on April 5, 2018). The agreement terms were not met as no TSX Venture Exchange approval for the acquisition had been obtained within a reasonable time frame. Electra has withdrawn the proposed acquisition of the Connell Mountain copper project, submitted on an expedited basis, but determined to be a possible fundamental change of business by the TSX-V. Electra was not in a position to satisfy TSX-V requirements nor was Electra able to satisfy the acquisition terms of agreement with the acquisition vendors.
