Exchange Income Corp. will delist its 7.5-per-cent Series G convertible senior secured debentures maturing on Sept. 30, 2014, at the close of business on the same day, according to the Toronto Stock Exchange. The exchange reports the company will redeem the debentures for $1,037.50 for each $1,000 of principal amount, being the principal amount plus $37.50 for accrued and unpaid interest.

Holders can convert the debentures into shares at $14.50 per share at any time before 5 p.m. (Toronto time) on Sept. 29, 2014. This represents 68.966 shares per $1,000 of principal amount.

All trades in the debentures completed on Sept. 25, 2014, will be for special two-day settlement on Sept. 29, 2014. All trades completed on Sept. 26, 2014, will settle on Sept. 29, 2014, in cash. All trades completed on Sept. 29, 2014, will settle on the same day in cash. The TSX will halt trading in the debentures at the open on Sept. 30, 2014.
