Effective at the close of business on Wednesday, July 23, 2014, and in accordance with NEX policy, Section 15, Eagle I Capital Corp.'s securities will be delisted from the NEX for failure to pay the quarterly NEX listing maintenance fee. Prior to delisting, the company's securities were subject to a suspension from trading.
