ELECTROVAYA ANNOUNCES DATE OF EARNINGS RELEASE AND CONFERENCE CALL TO DISCUSS THE FIRST QUARTER 2016 FINANCIAL RESULTS

Electrovaya Inc. will release the financial results for the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2015, on Feb. 9, 2016, after the markets close. The chairman and chief executive officer, Dr. Sankar Das Gupta, and excutive vice-president and chief financial officer, Richard Halka, will host a conference call on Feb. 10, 2016, at 8 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) to discuss the results and provide a business update.
