ELECTROVAYA ANNOUNCES DATE OF Q4 AND FISCAL YEAR-END 2015 EARNINGS RELEASE AND CONFERENCE CALL

Electrovaya Inc. will release the financial results for the quarter and year ended Sept. 30, 2015, on Dec. 1, 2015, after the markets close. The chairman and chief executive officer, Dr. Sankar Das Gupta, and the executive vice-president and chief financial officer, Richard Halka, will host a conference call on Dec. 2, 2015, at 8 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) to discuss the results and provide a business update. Conference call details will be provided with the earnings release.

Electrovaya further advises that it is not aware of any corporate developments which would explain the recent market activity in its shares.
