The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to a purchase and sale agreement dated Oct. 29, 2015, between an arm's-length party and Edgefront Real Estate Investment Trust. Pursuant to the agreement, the company shall acquire a municipal property known as 4271-5 Ave. E, located in Prince Albert, Sask.
In consideration, the company shall pay a total of $2,530,001, plus issue 1,089,473 REIT units at a deemed price of $1.90 per REIT unit, to the vendor.
