ENERCARE INC. ANNOUNCES MONTHLY DIVIDEND

EnerCare Inc. has declared a cash dividend of 6.04 cents per common share for the month of April, 2014. The dividend will be payable on May 30, 2014, to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 30, 2014. This dividend is designated as an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.
