DATAWIND ENGAGES LIOLIOS GROUP TO LEAD STRATEGIC INVESTOR RELATIONS PROGRAM

DataWind Inc. has engaged Liolios Group to lead a new strategic investor relations and financial communications program.

"Our patented technology allows us to deliver broadband Internet across India's existing 2G infrastructure to the over 750 million people currently without Internet access," commented Raja Tuli, Datawind's chief technology officer and co-founder. "This unique technology has allowed us to double the sales of Internet-enabled products over the last year and has made us the largest tablet provider in India behind only Samsung.

Over the course of the next several months, Liolios Group will work closely with DataWind senior management to develop and execute a comprehensive capital markets strategy. Activities will include messaging and corporate positioning, strategic advisory, and introductions to new investors and key influencers in the capital markets.

Liolios Group will also assist in scheduling financial conferences over the next several months, including the firm's Gateway Conference being held Sept. 9 and Sept. 10 in San Francisco.
