APPOINTMENT TO ADF GROUP INC. BOARD OF DIRECTORS

ADF Group Inc. has appointed Tony Meti as co-chairman and independent leader to the corporation's board of directors. Mr. Meti has been an independent member of ADF Group's board of directors since 2008. He is also a member of the corporation's audit and nominating, compensation, and governance committees. This appointment aims to distribute the responsibilities of the chair of the board of directors, while ensuring that sound corporate governance practices are maintained.

"We are pleased that Mr. Meti has accepted these new responsibilities," said Jean Paschini, co-chairman of the corporation's board of directors and chief executive officer. "Mr. Meti will draw on his many years of experience to allow ADF to pursue its growth," concluded Mr. Paschini.

In addition to his new responsibilities at ADF, Mr. Meti has been an administrator and a consultant in the financial sector for over 30 years. Between 1985 and 2007, Mr. Meti held executive and top management positions at National Bank of Canada. Mr. Meti is also member of Saputo Inc.'s board of directors.
