MEDICAL FACILITIES CORPORATION ANNOUNCES MAY DIVIDEND

Medical Facilities Corp. has declared a cash dividend payment of 9.375 cents per common share, which will be payable on June 15, 2018, to holders of record of common shares at the close of business on May 31, 2018. This will be the company's 170th consecutive dividend payment since inception.

The ex dividend date for this distribution will be May 30, 2018. Medical Facilities designates this dividend to be an eligible dividend pursuant to Subsection 89(14) of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and its equivalent in any province of Canada.
