DOMINION GENERAL INVESTMENT CORPORATION ANNOUNCES MANAGEMENT CHANGES

Effective July 15, 2015, Leonardo D'Elia, an officer of Dominion General Investment Corp., has replaced Michael Kichuk on the board of directors of Dominion. In addition, Mr. D'Elia has resigned as an officer to ensure Dominion's audit committee is composed of a majority of directors who are not officers or employees of the corporation.
