Global Diversified Investment Grade Income Trust will delist from the Toronto Stock Exchange at the close of business on Monday, Sept. 8, 2014, according to the TSX. The exchange reports the trust will redeem all of its outstanding units on Sept. 9, 2014, for $9.50 per unit, payable on Sept. 12, 2014. An amount of about 20 cents per unit will be held back to cover all expenses to be incurred by the trust up to its dissolution on Dec. 31, 2014. Any remaining amount will be distributed as an adjustment to the redemption price.
