Dividend 15 Split Corp. II will list up to an additional 2.35 million Class A shares and up to an additional 2.35 million preferred shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange at the open on Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2014, according to the TSX. As in a Sept. 17, 2014, short form prospectus, the company plans to raise $44,062,500 by selling up to 2.35 million Class A shares at $8.75 each and up to 2.35 million preferred shares at $10 each. The company plans to use the money raised to invest in an actively managed portfolio of dividend-yielding shares.
