DISCOVERY-CORP ENTERPRISES INC. ANNOUNCES $160,000 PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Discovery-Corp Enterprises Inc. has arranged a non-brokered private placement of two million units at a price of eight cents per unit for total gross proceeds of $160,000. Each unit will consist of one common share and one share purchase warrant of the company. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to purchase an additional share for a period of up to 24 months from the closing date at an exercise price of 10 cents per share.

The proceeds raised from the offering will be used for working capital. There is no finder's fee being paid. All of the units issued will be subject to a four-month hold period. The offering is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
