DIRECTCASH PAYMENTS INC. ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF DIRECTORS VOTE

The nominees listed in DirectCash Payments Inc.'s management proxy circular dated April 6, 2015, have been elected as directors of DirectCash. The detailed results of the vote for the election of directors held at DirectCash's annual and special meeting of shareholders are set out in the accompanying table.
