CONVALO HEALTH INTERNATIONAL APPOINTS NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Convalo Health International Corp. has promoted Hector Rivera to chief financial officer.

Mr. Rivera has been with Convalo since its founding and previously held the position of senior controller. He has deep experience in the health care market, having spent his entire career in facilities and health care.

Mr. Rivera has significant experience in the mental health industry. Prior to working with Convalo, he was the senior controller for a large Los Angeles substance abuse company and has a deep understanding of the accounting intricacies specific to the substance abuse industry. He has a BA in accounting from Cal State University, Fullerton.

"Hector has been a key asset in our accounting department and part of Convalo since its inception," said Dave Costine, chairman of Convalo. "This will be a smooth transition, and I welcome Hector into his new role."

Allan Dicks has been terminated effective immediately.
