CALLOWAY REIT DECLARES DISTRIBUTION FOR DECEMBER 2014

The trustees of Calloway Real Estate Investment Trust have declared a distribution for the month of December, 2014, of 13.34 cents per trust unit, representing $1.60 per unit on an annualized basis. Payment will be made on Jan. 15, 2015, to unitholders of record on Dec. 31, 2014.
