Craig Wireless Systems Ltd. has released its financial results for the quarter ended May 31, 2015. (All dollar figures are reported in Canadian currency.)

• Revenues were $2,317,088 during the quarter ended May 31, 2015.
• Total assets amounted to $15,949,674, and total shareholders' equity was $4,046,966 at the quarter-end.
• The company reported a net loss attributable to shareholders of $1,351,600 (three cents per share) for the quarter ended May 31, 2015.
• Subsequent to the quarter ended May 31, 2015, certain related parties advanced to the company a demand loan in the aggregate principal amount of $514,000 (U.S.).
• Due to recent director resignations, the sole remaining director, T. Boyd Craig, has approved the financial statements individually.
