  • Total assets amounted to $16,772,793, and total shareholders' equity was $7,517,206 at the quarter-end.
  • The company reported a net loss attributable to shareholders of $1,784,263 (four cents per share) for the quarter ended Nov. 30, 2014.
• Subsequent to the quarter ended Nov. 30, 2014:
  • A related party advanced to the company a demand loan in the aggregate principal amount of $850,000. The company is currently in discussions with the related party regarding the specific terms of the loan, as well as possible future advances.
