CEMATRIX GRANTS INCENTIVE OPTIONS TO DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND CONSULTANTS

Cematrix Corp. has granted incentive stock options to officers, employees and a consultant of the corporation for the purchase of a total of 1.74 million common shares at an exercise price of 24 cents per share for a period of five years from the date of the grant. The stock options have been granted pursuant to the corporation's 10-per-cent rolling stock option plan and will vest as to one-third starting at the date of the grant and one-third at the next two anniversaries of the date of the grant. Following the stock option grant, the corporation will have a total of 3.09 million stock options outstanding.
