BRICE HOLDINGS INC. ACQUIRES SHARES OF CLAIRVEST GROUP INC.

Brice Holdings Inc. acquired today 39,200 common shares of Clairvest Group Inc., representing approximately 0.259 per cent of the outstanding common shares, at a price of $25 per share. Brice currently owns 61,700 common shares representing approximately 0.408 per cent of the outstanding common shares.

Kenneth B. Rotman controls Brice and also controls 1235825 Ontario Ltd., which owns 4,889,000 common shares. Mr. Rotman also holds personally 41,000 common shares and options to acquire 240,000 common shares.

Brice, 1235825 and Mr. Rotman collectively own 4,991,700 common shares representing approximately 33.0 per cent of the outstanding common shares and, together with the options to acquire 240,000 common shares, representing approximately 34.6 per cent of the outstanding common shares on a partially diluted basis. Brice acquired the common shares in a trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

The acquisition of common shares was made for investment purposes. Brice may, subject to market conditions and in accordance with applicable securities laws, make additional investments in or dispositions of securities of Clairvest Group, including additional sales or purchases of common shares.
