CAITERRA INTERNATIONAL ENERGY CORPORATION ANNOUNCES GRANT OF STOCK OPTIONS

Caiterra International Energy Corp.'s board of directors, on July 18, 2014, and subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, granted an additional 4.05 million stock options to its directors, officers, employees and consultants for the purchase of up to 4.05 million common shares of the company, pursuant to its stock option plan. Each stock option is exercisable for a period of five years at a price of 20 cents per common share. The options will vest over three years with the optionholders in accordance with TSX Venture Exchange policies.
